Chip Stallings
Chip Stallings is a triangle native, originally from Oxford, NC, who after attending East Carolina University, began a career in the golf industry. He spent the next 24 years as the General Manager/Head Golf Professional at Lakeshore Golf Course. The golf course was eventually sold for development, which led me to pursue a new career in Real Estate. He is an extremely motivated and hard-working professional that will go the extra mile for all clients. Communicating and providing them with top notch customer service is something that he has always taken great pride in.
Chip currently resides in Wake Forest with Haven, his wife of 25 years and their 18-year-old son Hogan. Hogan plays baseball at Lenoir-Rhyne University. Along with attending baseball games, Chip also enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf and being with friends and family.
“Working for a family-owned business for 24 years and being from a small town taught me to treat people the way you would like to be treated. I want to make sure my clients know I am in it for one reason, them. I want their home buying or selling experience to be memorable and special. Life is about building relationships and making memories. I would love to be part of that journey with you.”
